Online Purchases
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all images and descriptions on our website are accurate. Whilst every effort has been made to display the appearances, colours, textures and finishes of each piece as precisely as possible, every floral arrangement is unique and, as a natural product, some variations may occur.
Shipping
We deliver personally to your door Monday-Sunday in the late afternoon within a 12 mile radius of Toddington, subject to availability, UK only.
If you require an early delivery, please call +44 7710 494911 to arrange. We will do our upmost best to get it to your for your desired time.
Delivery fee: £4.95.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are subject to our cancellation policy. The details of our cancellation policy are as below:
Any, and all, cancellations must be made prior to your delivery via telephone and followed up in writing via email and will be subject to following charges. All phone calls must be made to +44 7710 494911 and written correspondence sent to uptonleanne@gmail.com
Charges:
- For cancellations made with more than 14 days’ notice prior to your order, there will be no payment due, and a refund will be issued in full for the deposit paid by you to us via the initial payment method used for booking.
- Cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days’ notice prior to your order date will be subject to a 50% charge of your order. With the other 50% refunded to you via the initial payment method used for order.
- Cancellations made with 7 days or less notice prior to your order date will be subject to a 100% charge of your order and no refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your order for any reason we will contact you via the contact information provided at the time of your initial booking. We will contact you both verbally and in writing and you will be offered either a full refund of any and all money paid via deposit or otherwise. Or alternatively we will work with you to rearrange your order for a later date.
